Blue Berry Blast

Blueberries offer an abundant of nutrients per serving including vitamin c, vitamin k, manganese and fibre.  This smoothie also contains a great boost of  phytonutrients from the Detox Mix and Acai – along with a warming dash of cinnamon for those not so hot days!

Serves 1

Blueberry and Blackberry smoothie shakes

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
200ml almond Milk
1 tbsp Detox Mix
1 Teaspoon acai
1 tsp cinnamon

Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender..
