Protein Power-up Bars
These are such lovely little bites to have to hand when you get a carb craving post-workout. Loaded with healthy fats and antioxidants – the Boaboab and Hemp providing a vitamin C and protein boost here.
Makes Six Bars
Ingredients:
50ml honey |
50ml coconut oil |
50g dried goji berries |
50g dried cranberries |
100g sesame seeds |
100g pumpkin seeds |
100g crushed almonds |
1 tbs hemp protein |
4 tbsp baobab |
Method
Mix in a bowl and shape into a block, leave to chill in the freezer for two hours. Once chilled cut into chunks. Top with shredded coconut or gojis for decoration.
