Raw Coco Bites
These are almost like a healthy raw version of bounty bar. So utterly delicious and loaded with fibre, healthy fats and raw cacao .. our buzz bean!

Ingredients:
250g dates |
50g Raw Cacao |
100g of walnuts crushed |
100g almonds crushed |
2 tbsp honey |
1tsp coconut oil |
200g shredded coconut |
Method
Mix in a food processor. Take the mix and press firmly into a square or rectangle baking dish so the mix is tightly compact in the bottom. Put in freezer for 30 minutes. Take out and cover the top in coconut shavings and cut into pieces. Serve or store in the freezer or fridge until ready to eat
