You Amazonian Beauty

This is a delicious energising bowl of nutritional goodness to get you glowing from the inside out!  Acai is a rich source of Oleic acid which is great for skin health and also contains cardio- protective  anti-inflammatory phytonutrients.

Serves 1

amazonian

Ingredients:

2 frozen banana
2 tbsp Acai Powder
50ml coconut water
Choice of nuts, seeds, berries.

Method

Blend the bananas with the acia and coconut water until a thick consistency. Pour into a bowl. Top the blend with your favourite fruits, nuts, seeds, oats.
